A Research Scholar at University of Delhi who completed Masters in Social Work (MSW) from Delhi School of Social Work, University of Delhi. Mr. Shubham did his graduation from Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi. He has been associated with communities work since his graduation time and worked with Projects like National Water Mission- TISS, Project Kites and several others. He actively worked alleviating various social malaise and bridging the gap or disparity in the society through various initiatives on education, healthcare, livelihood and capacity building since last seven years.

A Research Scholar at University of Delhi. She graduated from Satyawati College, University of Delhi. She studied Post Graduation at Department of Social Work, University of Delhi. She has worked on various projects on Violence against women, hygiene, and capacity building of Prison inmates at Tihar Central Jail etc. She had been actively engaged with the Delhi Government Project- Study of Substance Abuse among Children in Delhi. Apart from this, she has been continuously working at grassroots level on education, nutrition, women empowerment, domestic violence, community empowerment etc.

A Social Entrepreneur who started doing work for the Community Empowerment since his graduation. He completed his graduation from Bundelkhand University, Jhansi. His dedication can be seen in his miraculous work in transforming the communities in West Delhi. He is also associated with The Nature Cure Lovers Association NGO and working actively with them. Apart from this he has more than 20 years experience in the field work in community development as a Social Worker.
